Nov 13, 2021 — Purification track (mp3)
Reset and strengthen your own connection with the frequency of pure love, uprooting anxiety and driving it out. Reignite the fire of your own self. Fill your own personal field again. Release what has a hold over you. Take positive control of your life and personal boundaries, easily transmuting that wavelength which attempts to invade your body.
Anxiety is perhaps one of the most unpleasant experiences we can have. We will do almost anything to get rid of it. And tucked behind the variety of experiences which bring us anxiety is the greatest fear of all: that we might be stuck with this feeling forever, and that what that fear only suggests, is actually a reality, will definitely happen and is already happening to us. For many this is even worse than the fear of death. At least death (allegedly) ends.
There are many reasons for anxiety but this pales into insignificance beside that hallowed question "what do I do?" - and finding the solution. And this is always the problem. The very question implies there is something wrong and that there is something wrong with "you". It leads down the dark rabbit hole of self examination, self pity and self blame all the while finding no respite. Reasons don't change your original vulnerability. You have already eroded the integrity of your own frequency before embarking on the path to any resolution.
Essentially anxiety has the same status as any other type of possible human experience. Having an experience of anxiety is not the issue. It is whether we are sufficiently rooted in ourselves which will bring the earthedness and self magnetism to never fall into the experience and identify with it. This is an entirely different matter. Anxiety is just anxiety, however persuasive, when we are nourished by pure love and we are purifying. And if we are already experiencing perpetual deep fears and stuckness as well as anxiety, there must be a frequency reset entirely outside of our current personal field.
