Using a variety of crops and cultivation methods from different periods. Offering workshops on topics such as storage and processing of the harvest. Hoping to build a sustainable new barn to continue receiving groups, including children, offering a space for volunteers and including a cold room to store fresh produce.

The growers, who are always the primary customers of the produce, learn how to grow using organic and sustainable methods, including the use of organic compost, cover crops, minimum tillage, companion cropping, and a focus on attracting pollinators and 'good pests'.

Creating Sequoia groves with a mix of native trees and other conifers, maximising the volume of standing timber while promoting biodiversity. Nurturing and protecting those trees to their maturity and quantifying the withdrawal of carbon on a tracked per tree basis.
