Resolve a Recurring Reboot issue.
Last updated: May 3, 2023.
My dashboard
1. Where can I see all the events I've signed up for on 'My dashboard'? You can only see your Recurring Reboot sign-ups on My dashboard. These are immediately visible on the landing page of My dashboard after you have signed in. All other event sign-ups can be viewed via your receipts. It's useful to bookmark this link in your browser for future reference so you can always see what you have signed up for.
2. I can't see my Recurring Reboot on the page with all my 'Upcoming events'. This is correct. The page with all your 'Upcoming events' is just for 'Choose your dates' or live event sign-ups. It does not include your Recurrinng Reboots. You can find your Recurring Reboot sign-ups on My dashboard.
3. How do I stay in control of my Recurring Reboot sign-ups on the dashboard? On your dashboard, you can add a Recurring Reboot by clicking the 'Add a new Recurring Reboot' link. You can also use the 'Pause or cancel' link.
4. How do I pause / cancel my Recurring Reboot(s)? On My dashboard, go to one of your active Recurring Reboots and click on the pink 'Pause or cancel' link.
5. Will more features be implemented on the Dashboard in the near future? Absolutely!
Making changes
6. I want to edit or change my name. Click on the 'My details' link in the right corner on your dashboard. You can change or edit your name there.
7. I want to edit or change my email address. This option is not available at the moment. Please email us instead via jacqueline@oraclegirl.org.
8. I want to edit or change my Specific focus. On your Dashboard, go to the Recurring reboot you wish to update the Specific focus for and use the pink 'click to view or update' link.
9. I want to edit or change 'Who / what is this for'. You cannot edit or change the 'Who / what is this for'. Please cancel that Recurring Reboot and sign up for a new one.
Switching types of Reboot group
10. I want to change my 'Choose your dates' Reboot to the Recurring Reboot. Wait until your current Reboot group ends before activating your Recurring Reboot. Or, we can cancel your current 'Choose your dates' Reboot group, and you can then sign up for the Recurring Reboot straight away. To cancel your current 'Choose your dates' Reboot group, please email jacqueline@oraclegirl.org.
11. I want to change my Recurring Reboot to the 'Choose your dates' Reboot. You can cancel your Recurring Reboot on 'My dashboard'. Then sign up for the 'Choose your dates' Reboot on the Reboot group event page.
Your donation
12. I want to increase / decrease my donation amount or change my credit card details. On My dashboard, go to one of your active Recurring Reboots and click on the pink 'edit' link. You can increase / decrease your donation amount and update your credit card information there.
13. I want to donate with crypto for my Recurring Reboot. Unfortunately this is not possible. You could sign up with the 'Choose your dates' Reboot option and donate with crypto or if you want to have a Recurring Reboot, you can sign up with a zero donation, then if you choose to make a donation, do so using 'Give as you wish'.
14. I would rather donate one amount instead of having my credit card charged once or twice a week. Unfortunately this is not possible. You could sign up with a zero donation for the Recurring Reboot, then if you choose to make a donation, do so using 'Give as you wish'. You would still receive a receipt every Reboot day. Alternatively, you could sign up using the 'Choose your dates' Reboot group.
Join again reminders
15. I received a [JOIN AGAIN] email but I have already signed up for the Recurring Reboot. The [JOIN AGAIN] email is an automatic reminder sent to you when one of your Reboot groups from the 'Choose your dates' option ends. You can ignore this email if you have already joined the Recurring Reboot.
