3D Secure (3DS) authentication issues.

Make sure you verify your donation. When you donate, your card issuer directs you to an authentication page on your bank’s website. There, you have to enter a password associated with your card or a code sent to your phone. Make sure you finish the process. You need to have the correct phone number attached to your card / bank account and any necessary app so you can authenticate your donation. If you have problems, phone your bank or card provider and ask them for help. Check you've installed the latest updates. Try a different card, bank account, browser or switch device.
