Best to change the address for a while. From time to time, your email provider changes its filtering rules and then you don't receive emails you previously received with no problem. Sometimes this is short-term, other times it's for longer. Always check straightaway that you've received your Reboot email; the email confirmation for any future event you sign up for; your watch link email; and your email receipts. If you're not getting any of these, use a different email address for a while. You can update your Recurring Reboot email address in My dashboard. Next time use a new email address for joining an upcoming event. Any other instance, just write to [email protected] and we'll change your details for you.
