The higher levels 5: your frequency.

Your personal field resonates at a certain frequency. It is locked in and functions within a certain bandwidth on a frequency scale. You can think of yourself as a single radio station on a radio. That broadcast may be sharper and crisper or crackly and distorted, but basically, it exists at one “setting”.

The contents of the broadcast, just like your emotional mood, constantly fluctuates. That’s what makes life so exciting. Some days you feel sad, other days you have a really good day. But still “you“ remain - your overall frequency setting is not affected by the feelings you have - they just affect how enjoyable your experience is.

At this time in history however, we are changing station. Or, more correctly put, the radio we are all on has been swapped in. More stations are appearing and our station occupies a different zone of the entire spectrum. This is how our frequency changes - not by focusing on positive thoughts or embarking on practices and methods. Our own personal instructions for changing frequency setting is already inside us and is part of who we are. We don’t have to work on ourselves to somehow earn it. It simply activates when the time is right … in the company of someone or something which already truly functions there.
