The higher levels 2: calm & detachment.
Aug 22, 2020 — Purification track (mp3)
Crowbar a gap between you and the positive or negative emotions of the slave self which may be controlling you. Switch instead into the spaciousness of your own embodied presence as a being of pure love. Always align with nature first and the dynamics of your source connection - operating out of the clarity and expansiveness necessary to act in the area of priority - regardless of the emotions presenting in your personal field.
Remaining calm and detached is not always easy to do. If you feel emotional, afraid or worried you can even conclude that you are not a calm person or that your state is harming others. This is not so.
The slave self will always oscillate between positive and negative emotions. That's just the way it is. There is another factor we must not forget. Because you are a being of pure love, you are always purifying this whole complex. Understanding this makes you less bothered about what the slave self is up to. You turn towards something else: the spaciousness in which the slave self is already self-liberating. It is this expansiveness which is true calm and detachment ... not the type of emotions you may be experiencing as prescribed by the slave self.
Taking the negative control out of the situation, which you might be tempted to exert in order to regulate the slave self, you then take healthy control of your life, forging it into practical decisions and embodied action. The more you attempt to negatively control your internal and external environments; the more negative control you will see appear in the outside world. By contrast, the more you identify instead with the expansiveness just described, the more you naturally align with honouring the current of nature; concentrating on what you really need to concentrate on because it carries less charge; and in the end, what gives more expansiveness ... which of course brings more joy and lightness into the world.
