Rage & proximity.
May 27, 2020
Trust rage and work with it. Lose powerlessness and dysfunction in the face of external threats and pressures coming close, and claim greater ease to live in proximity with your own self; loved ones; and what is happening in external society.
Rage can be positive or negative – but at this time, whatever its species – it is forcing its way out. Because it is so uncomfortable, we try to prevent rage, escape from it, analyse it, or to control it from not happening again – but once again, at this point, these things are really not necessary.
Rage is connected with compartmentalisation, not feeling safe and not being able to have something or someone close to you. At the moment, rage is inevitable because we live in times of shock, potential threat, injustice and situations, where we may be physically close to others for much longer periods. These are the circumstances which often release rage.
But this closeness to what we don’t like is nothing more than the reflection of our need for a unified physical structure to hold a more integrated, higher frequency version of ourselves, minus fragmenting patterns and deep rooted pain from the past. It ensures increased self intimacy and union – making rage always a blessing – which prevents illusion, destruction and negative control from permanently taking hold.
