Amidst all the bombardment, messages, pressure and new challenges it can be very hard to know where to start. Meanwhile you are seeing what is happening. You know. You want to do something - but what and how? - when you also have so much else that needs doing. This can see you do nothing or, even worse, unhook from the vital frequency of intensity and spontaneity which pure love delivers when it starts to feed into the physical layer.

There is an order to things: 1) Do what you have to do, practically, to keep your everyday life going. 2) Make space,  giving yourself the permission, even for the shortest time, to be free of tasks and to allow your freedom and creativity to well up. Then (3) something quite amazing happens. What you "should" do and "need" to do issues up from inside you and something happens around you which presents the impulse to act to "stop" what is going on - because you are already on the wavelength of neither accepting and rejecting.

On the subject of "stopping" ... on the pure love frequency this is the antidote to any negative experiences in connection with body health, unusual atmospheric conditions and digital signals. When we can hold still, for a count up to 5, a space opens up and our multidimensional self lands even more firmly in this reality - even in the worst conditions. Then, what needs to happen; happens.
