Reset your being outside of the fear of loss in the field of pure love. Slowly release that identity set up to experience the fear of death and trauma as the bedrock of its existence. Finally integrate the scenarios of grief which have shaped your life and personality. Transmute the internal stress from past events which has been fracturing your psyche. Come back home to all of yourself, where there is always space and togetherness - where both you and your loved ones are always included, seen and heard.
When fear comes up, if we cannot earth this, it stays trapped in our bodies and we grow tense and restless. Agitation drives us. Sooner or later this turns into the need to drive and control, because we have lost our connection with our bodies. We can descend into obsession, compulsion, and addictive behaviours, desperately seeking once again, the lost touch of ourselves.
What is this fear? It is always the fear of loss, first of all, because we have endured some trauma in the past which has dissociated us from the fabric of our true selves. And secondly fear of loss is the existential state of our existence. We are wired to experience the extreme fear that we might die, every time we come close to going beyond the slave self.
These 2 layers in extremis mean that we will constantly search for home and self outside ourselves. We become trapped in identifying that as a certain set of circumstances which never allow us to experience our true selves, endangering togetherness and important relationships. And, in recent times, our fear of loss has intensified well beyond limits of normality. We fear the loss of loved ones from separation and division. We face the fear of actual death - through mandate and coercion.
