1. Join first, yourself.
2. Give as you wish: listen to what your body tells you.
3. Make sure you are in the Reboot group. Otherwise your purification will not be so powerful.
4. Add your Specific focus to your Reboot group. This arrives via a separate email. You can continuously update it.
5. Sundays@7 and Immediate assistance continue throughout the month.

Adding someone / thing

• Enter the person's name or thing under Who / what is this for?
• Type in their email address under the Gift option if you want them to receive my Retreat emails.
• You can add a personal message too if you wish.
• Or, enter your email address if they wouldn't want the emails.
• You don't have to add them to the Reboot group too unless you specifically wish to.
• If you do add them to the Reboot, you can choose whether they receive the Reboot emails or not.
• If you gift someone the Retreat and they wish to add their own Specific focus, they should join the Reboot group.

Retreat notes

• You receive an email with Retreat instructions beforehand by the end of October 1 UTC.
• If you join after the start date of October 2, you will receive the Retreat instructions; the emails you have missed and all upcoming purifications and emails.
• You are invited to attend the opening 45 minute meditation, which starts at October 2, 9:30am UTC.
• If you are not available at that time, you can still join.

Purification materials

• There's no live link, chat, Q&A or daily track.
• You will receive numbered emails for contemplation. These are secondary to your purification.
• Emails and specific types of event materials are not guaranteed and there is no schedule.
• I may be in very remote locations at times where no digital communication is possible.
• There may sometimes be long gaps between emails or at other times, many sent closely together.

Looking after yourself

• This is an advanced purification.
• You may feel very challenged and /or tired at certain points. If so, slow down and rest more.
• Use Embody and the Library to support you.
