  • You receive a group as well as an individual focus. My focus always goes to your area of greatest need first.

  • Minimum of 48hrs’ cancellation notice required. I may ask for a donation if your space goes unfilled.

  • You may not record any of my events yourself without my prior permission.

  • You also receive a group purification track(s): please download/save on to your computer the same day.

  • Any purification track is for personal use only and cannot be distributed, reproduced, altered, sold or used professionally.

  • Donations accepted on the day by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Square or Apple/Google Pay or in cash.

  • No return donations for remote attendance.

An individual focus at the combined strength of the group with discussion + Q&A.

Some say that Bristol is derived from Brastuile: Celtic for bras (quick, rapid), or braos (a gap, chasm,) and tuile (a stream).

IN-PERSON:

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Check the route and leave adequate time for your journey. Ring your host well beforehand if you need to enquire about car parking or have special needs.

  • On the day, hydrate well: up to 2 litres of hot or cold water - not juice or tea. Make sure you have your own water with you and you may want to bring a cushion.

  • During the event I will invite you to return my gaze. If you prefer, wear glasses rather than contact lenses and take them off when I come to you.

  • If you ask a question and I don’t reply, it is because it is not necessary.

  • Later you will likely feel very tired. Take a bath or foot soak in up to 500g of pink himalayan salt; nothing else.

  • Allow plenty of time for rest/reflection and try to have an early night.

REMOTE ATTENDANCE:

  • At the time, it does not matter what you are doing. You may be sleeping.

  • Some people like to join me in the style of a mini-immersion: meditating; taking quiet time; or simply carrying on as usual.

  • On the day, hydrate well: up to 2 litres of hot or cold water - not juice or tea.

  • Later you will likely feel very tired. Take a bath or foot soak in up to 500g of pink himalayan salt; nothing else.

  • Allow plenty of time for rest/reflection and try to have an early night.

  • You will receive any purification track I make, the next day or by the end of the same day.
