Silent focus group in London W10

  • 68 Highlever Rd, London W10 6PN, UK (map)

In-person / remote attendance.

If you choose to contact me, join me and/or donate, you agree to everything on the Small print page including:

  • You receive a group as well as an individual focus: my focus always goes to your area of greatest need first. Sorry, I offer no emotional support or personal advice.

  • On the day, hydrate well: up to 2 litres of hot or cold water - not juice or tea.

  • Later you will likely feel very tired. Take a bath or foot soak in up to 500g of pink himalayan salt; nothing else. Allow plenty of time for rest/reflection and try to have an early night.

  • You will receive any group purification track(s) the next day or by the end of the same day, which cannot be distributed, reproduced, altered, sold or used professionally. Please download on to your computer the same day.

IN-PERSON

  • Donate on the day by card or in cash.

  • Minimum of 48hrs’ cancellation notice: I may ask for a donation if your space goes unfilled.

  • You may not record any of my events yourself without my prior permission.

  • Bring your own water and if you wish, a cushion.

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Check the route and leave adequate time for your journey. Ring your host well beforehand if you need to ask about parking or have special needs.

  • During the event I will invite you to return my gaze. If you prefer, wear glasses rather than contact lenses and take them off when I come to you.

REMOTE ATTENDANCE

  • Donate ahead to secure your space. No return donations for remote attendance.

  • At the time, it does not matter what you are doing. You may be sleeping. Some people like to join me in the style of a mini-immersion: meditating; taking quiet time; or simply carrying on as usual.

Latimer_Road.jpg

An individual focus at the combined strength of the group with discussion + Q&A.

The Latimer Road area of London is named after Edward Latymer, a wealthy 16/17th century money collector and son of a Protestant cleric. He gave most of his money to the impoverished environs of Hammersmith and towards the founding of 2 schools, both in his name..
