An individual focus from a special place in nature accelerated by high frequency Earth energies.
At the time, it does not matter what you are doing. You may be sleeping.
Some people like to join me in the style of a mini-immersion: meditating; taking quiet time; or simply carrying on as usual.
On the day, hydrate well: up to 2 litres of hot or cold water - not juice or tea.
Later you will likely feel very tired. Take a bath or foot soak in up to 500g of pink himalayan salt; nothing else.
Allow plenty of time for rest/reflection and try to have an early night.
Adam’s Calendar, originally known as the Blaauboschkraal stone ruins, is controversially suggested to be the oldest man-made structure in the world. Located in Mpumalanga, South Africa it is a standing stone circle about 30 metres in diameter and has been estimated by some accounts to be more than 75,000 years old. Various astronomical alignments have been identified at the site and it is possibly the only example of a completely functional, mostly intact megalithic stone calendar in the world. The stones are known for the special sounds and vibrations they make once you hit them. They are thought to be black dolorite.
