Sustaining the W&J peoples' connection to their land and water by maintaining a permanent presence and the ongoing cultural custodianship of especially the sacred Doongmabulla Springs of Central Western Queensland. Protecting their history and totem which is the bee (Kub-bah in their traditional language). Living and perpetuating their indigeneous laws and customs including specific relationships to the Ancestor Dreaming. Monitoring damage and destruction; holding those who do harm to them to account; and exposing and prosecuting environmental and cultural heritage breaches under State and Commonwealth laws. Resisting the exploitation of resources and the impairment of their unique identity as a First Nation.
