Collecting and composting food waste within Cornwall, UK to offer microbes, nutrients and diversity from composted food waste back to the soil. Collecting food waste on an electric bike; taking it to the local orchard - a community site open to all - then composting and using it for a vegetable garden. Minimising the use of unnecessary resources utilised in transporting food waste to the incinerator. Supporting others with food growing by creating enough compost to offer some back to the community on a donation-only basis. Sharing knowledge so that more compost at home.
