Exercises 1 & 2 from the Silent immersion.

Now available as Reboots. During the Oct 2022 Silent immersion retreat, I gave 2 practical exercises to all of you: one in SIR 2 and the other in SIR 3. Recently I issued these exercises separately as 2 Reboots so you can use them separately: Forming the new Earth grid 1 & Forming the new Earth grid 2.
